[Participant Recruitment] Online survey on public attitudes and knowledge of pregnancy loss

We are recruiting for participants to join our online survey on public attitudes and knowledge of pregnancy loss!

Greetings,

Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, The Department of Social Work and Social Administration is launching “Jockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care Project”, a pilot initiative aims at providing support for individuals with miscarriage experiences. Core elements of the initiative include the development of an online support platform, community education, professional training, research projects etc.

You are invited to participate in our online survey on public attitudes and knowledge of pregnancy loss conducted by Dr. Celia Hoi-Yan Chan, Associate Professor of Department of Social Work and Social Administration and the Principal Investigator of the Project. Information collected will be monumental in laying the groundwork for our community education and other research projects on pregnancy loss.

We are looking for participants who are:

  1. Hong Kong Residents
  2. Ages 18 or above
  3. Able to read Chinese or English

Compensation
Upon successful completion, the first 200 participants will receive an HKD$100 supermarket e-voucher.

This study has been reviewed and approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee, The University of Hong Kong (reference no.: EA220042). Any information obtained in this study will remain strictly confidential and will be used for research purposes only. All data collected will be destroyed five years after the completion of the study.
