Funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Jockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care Project is a joint initiative between the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association Family Wellness Centre and Caritas-Hong Kong Grace Port-Caritas Miscarriage Support Centre. This project envisions to develop seamless integrated care for bereaved couples from hospitals to community with online and in-person support, and aims to render holistic psychosocial support for bereaved couples to go through grief over pregnancy loss.
