Instructional Method

Slice tofu into 1 inch cubes.
Add about 1 inch of oil to pan being used for frying. Bring to medium heat.
When oil is hot, add a few pieces of tofu and fry until crispy on all sides before removing. tofu cubes will be a pale yellow gold.
When tofu is fried, you can garnish with chili peppers, scallions and fresh ground black pepper.
