Styles
Embracing cultural diversity, the style of school uniforms can be divided into three styles: Chinese style, Western style, and Japanese style.
Colour tone and patterns
The secondary uniforms in Hong Kong are very colourful, you can find common colour tones including white, blue, green and red. Each colour represents different attributes. Patterns are also used in the designs of the school uniforms.
Gender
It gives an overview of the boys’ and girls’ uniforms. Designs of girls uniforms are more diversified.
Seasons
The design of school uniforms may be different when it comes to different seasons. They are usually divided as Summer and Winter school uniforms. For winter uniforms, students usually wear them with school jackets or dark v-neck sweater.
