They are called Hunan Chicken Wings, originated from a chain rice noodle store selling special Yun Nan style and flavour rice noodles called Tamjai. Is it familiar to you? Nearly most of the Hong Kong people must have tried Tamjai for at least one time. It becomes a collective memory of Hong Kong people. Many foreigners visit Hong Kong to have a try as well. People can burn this zhizha to their ancestors who loved eating Hunan Chicken Wings.
