Description
Lion dance is a traditional Chinese dance mimicking lion movements. Two performers are covered by a lion costume and they perform moves such as simple head movements, or jumping up and down on small platforms on some very high poles. It is usually performed in traditional Chinese festivals such as the Chinese New Year to bring good fortune. It is accompanied by Chinese drums and cymbals.
