The Tam Pak Hung Social Centre for the Elderly sign is a traditional hand-written sign with a long history and significant meaning. It is located at the Kennedy Town Kai-fong Welfare Association which is one of the earliest welfare associations in Hong Kong. The sign has a white background with red traditional Chinese characters written on it.
