An entity primarily responsible for making the resource
The creator of the sign should be an actual person or body responsible for the design or manufacture of the sign. Input first name and last name if the creator is a person. Input ‘unknown’ if the creator is unknown.
A name given to the resource
The title refers to the name of the sign, which consists of the formal store name followed by the word ‘sign’ or ‘招牌’. If the store name has both English and Chinese versions, both should be included with English as the first priority. If the store only has Chinese name, only the Chinese name needs to included.
A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource
It should be the date when the sign was officially published. If the sign has been renovated, the year when first sign of the store was marked. If the date is known, the field should be filled with the format of four-digit year, i.e. YYYY.
An account of the resource
The details of the store such as name, type, establishment year as well as the style and significance of the sign should be described. Input in complete sentence only.
The file format, physical medium, or dimensions of the resource
An unambiguous reference to the resource within a given context
It should consist of its district and an unique code under the corresponding district. Input all small letter of its district’s name without space, followed by a three-digit unique code YYY.
A language of the resource
An entity responsible for making the resource available
The publisher of a sign should be the store of the sign. Input English name only if the store has English name. Otherwise, input Chinese name of the store.
A related resource
Information about rights held in and over the resource
Spatial characteristics of the resource.
The topic of the resource
The subject should be filled with words chosen from its controlled vocabulary. All words should be in small letters.
The nature or genre of the resource
The type should be chosen from the DCMI Type Vocabulary. The first letter should be capitalized.
