Description
This drink is one of the most traditional drink in Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng. Its recipe is so simple that only pour the raw egg into a cup of boiled water and add a certain amount of sugar into it. This drink also has a nickname called "Monk jumping into sea (和尚跳海)" because of the look of the poured egg in the water is similar to the bald monk in the sea.
