There are a plethora of dessert spots in Hong Kong. These joints get busy right after the dinner rush at about 9pm to midnight. Dessert culture is huge in Hong Kong. Albeit, it’s more of a social thing if anything. Most Chinese desserts are typically sweet soups made from blended beans, black sesame seeds, various nuts, silky tofu and boiled Asian delicacies.
