“Break the Silence – Pregnancy Loss Week” Awareness Campaign 2022<\/span><\/p>\n

Although 10%-20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage, this invisible loss continues to be an unspoken and taboo topic in Hong Kong.<\/span><\/p>\n

Funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, a pilot project \u201cJockey Club Perinatal Bereavement Care\u201d has been initiated. The project aims to provide holistic psychological and social support to bereaved parents with pregnancy loss. A public campaign named \u201cBreak the Silence \u2013 Pregnancy Loss Week\u201d Awareness Campaign will be held in October to promote public understanding and support to people experiencing pregnancy loss.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”50″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][mk_image src=”https:\/\/learning.hku.hk\/ibms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/campaign-webpage-icons-e1661337973773.png” image_size=”full”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][mk_padding_divider size=”80″][vc_column_text margin_bottom=”-40″]\n
