Started by Mak Kwai Pui, who was previously in charge of the Four Seasons dim sum, Tim Ho Wan has exploded as one of Hong Kong’s best dim sum restaurants. The restaurant found its international renown when the original Mong Kok branch dèbuted in the 2010 edition of the Michelin Guide.
