Description
The Hong Kong Observatory initial purpose was to make meteorological and magnetic observations that is time based on astronomical observations and a tropical cyclone warning service. Starting from 1996, the Observatory expand its scope to provide scientific research and and activities, such as providing lectures and school visits, in an attempt to promote Hong Kong Observatory more to the public.
