Description
Yau Ma Tei Police Station was built based on a neoclassical Edwardian Free Style. There is also a portico on each sides of Canton Road and Public Square Street and another one on the main entrance that is located in between the two roads. Yau Ma Tei Police Station has served as a police station since its completion in 1922, additonal extention wings were built in 1957 that consisted of a police accomodation and a barrack. The current usage of this building still follow its previous usage.
