It is one of the few remaining\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tong_Lau\" class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Tong Lau\">tong-lau<\/a><\/i>\u00a0of the balcony type in Hong Kong. Because of its historic significance, the houses are listed as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_Grade_II_historic_buildings_in_Hong_Kong\" title=\"List of Grade II historic buildings in Hong Kong\">Grade II historic buildings<\/a>.\u00a0In 2013, Green House became the first preservation project of the Urban Renewal Authority and officially opened on 18 July 2013. It is now operated as the Comix Home Base by the Hong Kong Arts Centre.
