JC Contemporary houses exhibition spaces as well as a viewing terrace and a restaurant. The building is connected to gallery spaces in F Hall. Meanwhile, the JC Cube houses a multi-purpose auditorium for screenings, conferences, seminars and educational activities. The building is connected to the back-of-house facilities in D and E Halls. It features a covered outdoor space with audience seating located in the void beneath the auditorium known as the Laundry Steps.
