Description

Kumis is a traditional drink commonly found in Central Asia and Russia. It is fermented mare's milk that taste slightly sour and has a small percentage of alcohol due to the lactic acid fermentation. Its unique sour taste comes from the chemical change undergone by the natural sugars.

The drink has many health benefits due to its significant nutritional value - high in antibiotics and vitamins. It has been known to enhance immunity, increase metabolism and bring about many more positive health effects.
